Nikki practices before various Boards of Equalization across the state of Nebraska, as well as the Nebraska Tax Equalization & Review Commission.  In addition, she routinely provides litigation support in Real Estate matters including easement disputes, property line disputes, construction, mechanic's liens, and matters concerning real estate disclosures and representations.
