EXPERIENCE
For the last seventeen years, Angie has represented a variety of businesses and individuals at all levels of the property assessment process in both Iowa and South Dakota. Her experience includes appearances before local Boards of Review and Boards of Equalization, the Property Assessment Appeal Board, and the State District/Circuit and Appellate Courts. Her cases have spanned a wide range of property types, including, but not limited to:

In addition to providing representation to clients in the area of real property assessments, Angie has experience handling a wide variety of matters relating to Real Estate including easement disputes, property line disputes, zoning and variance issues, issues relating to forms of real estate ownership, home owner associations, construction, real estate disclosures and representations, and more. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Angie worked for a real estate appraisal firm in South Dakota.
Angie currently serves as legal counsel for the City Assessor for the City of Sioux City.
