Our focus is challenging commercial property tax assessments in the states of Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska.

We represent commercial property owners and tenants of all sizes, from publicly traded companies to individual investors and businesses.  Our clients have included REITs, financial institutions, food and other manufacturing companies, local and regional developers, accounting firms, and tax agents.  We also represent local governmental entities responsible for setting property tax assessments in their respective jurisdiction.

In the last four years, we have successfully attained over $78,000,000 reduction of assessed value for various commercial property owners.  Sample cases included:

·         Reduction of over $14,000,000 of the assessment of a Class A Office Campus

·         Reduction of over $17,000,000 of the assessment of a meat processing facility

·         Reduction of $6,000,000 of the assessment of an office/warehouse facility

·         Reduction of over $3,000,000 of the assessment of a retail strip mall
